Do you believe kids should be taking a lot of care to their diets? - eat lentils everyday

I am a teenager, and although I try to eat healthy (that eating whole grain bread in my sandwich for lunch every day at school, eat a banana and an apple every day if I can take a multivitamin and you drink enough Milk from time to time I like lentils, beans, milk and curry, because I am from India) clock, I sometimes wonder if the more important things in life than an obsession with health. I know that the young only once, and sometimes depresses me no more, and eat candy or soft drinks (soft drinks, because I do not mind, though). It's all about portion control. I think it's great that you care about your health and too early, because with increasing age, it is much harder to lose weight. In addition, many health problems that are linked to obesity. Do not think there is nothing wrong with enjoying things like sweets, drinks and much more. But you're young and if you want to live a long and healthy life, and eat things in moderation and stay active.

Youth (also) need to work often and eat because our bodies change, and it is easier to gain weight now, to grow alongside the nutrients u need. But Ur, U can not strict at all times. Personally, I like pies, cakes and shakes his work much more than candy and lemonade, but what thou wilt.
